We Can Host Your Private Event!
The Grape Life offers a warm, intimate setting for life’s most special gatherings. Whether you are planning a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday celebration, anniversary, retirement party, corporate gathering, or another private event, our inviting atmosphere provides a memorable space for you and your guests to relax, celebrate, and enjoy. We would be delighted to be part of your occasion.
Private Event Availability
Private events are generally available on Sundays and Mondays, as well as on select Tuesdays and Thursdays. Friday and Saturday daytime events may also be accommodated, provided the event has concluded and teardown is complete by 5:00 PM.
Because The Grape Life regularly hosts public events, private event availability may be limited during certain recurring offerings, including Wine Club Member Tastings, Trivia Nights, Wine Down Wednesday, first and third Thursday evening music, and Friday and Saturday evening music. However, private events may be considered during one of these times if the requested date is at least 90 days in advance, allowing us adequate time to adjust our public event calendar. All private event bookings are subject to availability and approval.
Private Event Pricing & Policies
Private event rental is $100 per hour for use of the venue. This rate includes up to 30 minutes total for setup and teardown. Additional setup or teardown time beyond the included 30 minutes will be billed at the standard $100 per hour rate.
A minimum bar spend is also required and is based on the total number of hours reserved for the event:

1–2 hours: $300 minimum bar spend

3–4 hours: $500 minimum bar spend

5+ hours: $750 minimum bar spend
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date for all private events. A $50 cleaning fee will be added to all private events, and a 20% automatic gratuity will be applied.
